Apple cider vinegar and weight
loss health benefits have been utilized for centuries. Apple
cider vinegar made from the double fermentation of whole
apples should be used, and it should not be distilled,
filtered or pasteurized as these extra processing steps
destroy many of the vitamins, nutrients and fermentation
products that are thought to be important elements in apple
cider vinegar's health benefits and weight loss properties.
Apple cider vinegar is quite
rich in minerals, vitamins and other substances. It contains
vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin, A, vitamin P, vitamin B1,
vitamin B2 and vitamin B6.
ACV also a lot of beneficial
minerals like manganese, iron, calcium, sodium, magnesium, sulpher, copper, phosphorus, silicon, chlorine and fluorine.
Side Effects
Apple cider
vinegar (as well as any other vinegar) may cause a few
stomach problems, due to its high acid content.
Consuming a
large amount of apple cider vinegar may cause nausea or can
make heartburn or indigestion.
Signs of an allergic reaction, such as a rash, hives,
itching, swelling of the mouth or throat, wheezing, or
difficulty breathing.
