Cat's claw is a wine that grows in the Amazon rainforest and other tropical areas of Central and South America. They are two different species of cat's claw Uncaria tomentosai and Uncaria guianensis (useful for treating osteoarthritis).

Cat's claw has a healing effect on the digestive system and good results have been achieved in treating chronic fatigue syndrome.

Side effects may include nausea, headache and dizziness.
Pregnant or nursing women or children should avoid cat's
claw.
